The Role Overview

To address the gap in instructional design and course development training among several team members, it was crucial to provide them with tools for creating impactful training. I acted as the key resource for recommending new tools to improve the instructional design course development process, successfully obtaining support for various tools that significantly decreased course development time.

 

I played a vital role in establishing the process for storyboarding and designing videos using Synthesia, an AI text-to-speech tool. Additionally, I supplied developers with templates and guidance to facilitate the rapid creation of videos.
