Project Overview
The Safety Unit of the Division of Family and Children Services collaborated with the Professional Excellence Program on a project focused on safety assessment guidelines for child welfare case managers. Needs analysis revealed that case managers frequently make incorrect decisions regarding child safety.
My Responsibilities
- Collaborated with the client to assess the project and pinpoint performance gaps.
- Led a team consisting of a subject matter expert and a multimedia specialist to produce 12 microvideos over the course of a year.
- Established conceptual design standards and created essential documents, including storyboards, project plans, and timelines.
- Modified scripts provided by subject matter experts fit the microvideo format.
- Developed storytelling strategies to effectively convey concepts.
- Ensured consistent branding and design across all videos.
- Produced animated videos following a monthly release schedule.
