The Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS) has tasked the Professional Excellence Program with creating a Realistic Job Preview video for incoming employees. The previous onboarding video was outdated and failed to reflect the agency's current mission.

- Collaborated with the client to define the project's scope, incorporating their aesthetic vision and key organizational messages for the video.
- Developed the script and storyboard for the video.
- Conducted on-location interviews with the talent.
